Obituary: Susan M. Hall

Susan M. Hall, age 72 of Five Mile Point Road passed away on June 9, 2024 at U.P. Health System in Marquette. She was born on November 4, 1951 in Laurium, a daughter of William and Edith (Kaipio) Gregorich. She graduated from Calumet High School in 1970 and shortly after met the love of her life -Robert Hall- who was just honorably discharged after serving in Vietnam. They were married on November 20, 1971. She worked for Leonard Aldrich, MD in Hancock and Kenneth Repola, MD in Laurium for 19 years and then Keweenaw Memorial (Aspirus Keweenaw ) for 16 years as a Medical Billiing Specialist before retiring. She loved to bake and cook for family and friends, especially around the holidays and special events with husband Bob. She enjoyed many cousin reunions at Eagle Harbor and Bootjack and the many luncheon get togethers with girlfriends and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws Percy and Margaret Hall and her husband Bob on July 23, 2022, Her brother Bernie and his wife Geraldine, sister-in-law Renee , and brothers-in-law Gary Hall, James Markovich and Leland Korby. She is survived by her loving family- sons Chris (Tammy) and Kevin, granddaughters Monica and Taylor-her pride and joy-and granddog Dash, four nephews and one niece and many cousins. Ryan Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
