Stephanie Helmers, age 74, a resident of Eagle River, Michigan, passed away on June 10, 2023, at her home in Eagle River, Michigan.
Stephanie was born on July 29, 1948, to parents Steve and Lois (Hass) Jonovic. She graduated from Rhinelander High School. In the summer of 1989 Stephanie married the love of her life Scott Helmers.
Stephanie loved gardening in her flower garden. Stephanie also enjoyed fishing and cooking; she was a phenomenal cook. She enjoyed thrifting and going to rummages.
She is preceded in death by her parents Steve and Lois Jonovic, her father-in-law Harold Helmersand, and brother-in-law Daniel Helmers.
She is survived by her loving husband Scott Helmers, her mother-in-law Marge Helmers, and her sisters-in-law Julie Canarr, Holly Helmers and Amy Helmers. She is also survived by her stepdaughters Tamara Helmers, Amanda Helmers, and Megan Tallard.
