Michael A. Fountaine, 64, of Calumet passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024 at the Omega House in Houghton, Michigan.
Mike had a lifelong love of music and a favorite past time was going out and singing karaoke. He also started picking wild berries at a young age at his Grandma Milma’s house in Osceola, which turned into picking berries throughout his life. You would often find Mike riding his bike to his berry picking spots. For many years he lived with and was a caregiver to his mom up until her passing.
He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Fountaine and Helen (Bramila) Fountaine and his brother Richard. He will be remembered in the hearts of his siblings, Robert, Frederick, Karen, Mary, his nephews, nieces and cousin. A special thank you to his nephew Cory.
