As received from the Pearce Funeral Home:
Marguerite Beaudoin, age 102, a resident of Rustic Meadows, was called to her eternal rest on Tuesday, December 14, 2021.
Marguerite was born on October 30, 1919, in Lake Linden, a daughter of Edmund and Alice (Madigan) Beaudoin. She attended St. Anne’s Academy and was a graduate of Lake Linden-Hubbell High School, in the class of 1938. After graduation, Marge worked at Pearce Hardware. She moved to the Detroit area soon after, where she worked for the Chrysler Corp for 35 years, retiring to care for her elderly mother. She returned to the Copper Country in 2012, residing at Rustic Meadows.
Marge always had a smile for everyone and a great sense of humor. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, Carol (Steve) Klobucarich and Joan (Grant) Racine, and her great-nieces and nephews, who always enjoyed their visits with her. She is also survived by special cousins, Janne Potter and Beth (Frank) Cowger.
Marguerite was predeceased by her parents, her sister and brother-in-law, Florence and Joseph Kalcich, and her three brothers-Ransom, Robert, and Harold.
Many thanks to Marge’s wonderful caregivers in the last year, who she loved dearly: Sandy, Edwana, Dawn, Donna, Judy, Nancy, Rita, Sandra, Sarah, and Patsy.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 28 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Linden. The Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden is in charge of arrangements.
