Joseph D. Carne, 73, a resident of Lower Point Mills, passed away Monday, May 13, 2019, at his home.
A graveside blessing for Joseph will be held 11 am Friday, May 17, 2019, at the Forest Hill Cemetery of Houghton with Fr. John Martignon to preside.
