Grace E. Landstrom, 101, a long-time Houghton resident, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2002 at Canal View – Houghton County.
Grace was born on May 31, 1921 to the late Ernest and Mary (McDonald) Hansen. Following graduation from Houghton High School she attended Suomi College in Hancock. She was employed as a secretary for many years at the Copper Range Railroad and at C&H Mining Company until her retirement.
On June 24, 1950 she married Arnold Landstrom. He preceded her in death on November 3, 2007.
Grace is survived by several close friends and by other relatives.
Private graveside services will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Little Brothers~Friends of the Elderly, 527 Hancock Ave., Hancock, MI 49930.
