Glenn C. Brouillette, 69, a resident of Laurium passed away Thursday morning August 2, 2018, at his home following a lengthy illness.
He was born on February 18, 1949, in Laurium, MI, a son of the late Alfred and Marth “Shirley” (McCabe) Brouillette. Glenn was a graduate of the Calumet High School.
Mr. Brouillette was a veteran having served with the US Coast Guard.
Following his service with the coast guard, Glenn had worked for various mines in the area as a miner. He then began a career as a heavy equipment operator and mechanic for Calumet Village, retiring early due to health problems.
Preceding Glenn in death were his sons, Mark, Kenny and Glenn Jr.; his parents, and his sister Vivian Dixon.

Carrie Strack (Joe) of Laurium
His grandchildren: Christopher, Ebony, Shieanne, Greyson, Lindsey, Ethan and Macy
His great-grandchildren: Tegan and Kairi
His brothers and sister: Alfred (Theresa) Brouillette of Ishpeming
Cheryl (Mike) Pavlowski of Calumet
Bryon Brouillette of Laurium
Several nieces, nephews, and cousins
