Obituary: Donna Perreault

Traprock Valley,

Donna Perreault, 69, a resident of Traprock Valley, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020, at the Aspirus Wausau Hospital following a short illness.

She was born on March 12, 1951, in Detroit, MI, a daughter of the late Fritz and Betty (Tuohy) Tauriainen. As a child, her family moved to make their home in Hurontown and Donna attended the Houghton Schools. When the family moved to make their home in Hubbell Donna attended the Lake Linden Schools.

On March 7, 1970, she was united in marriage to Dale Perreault. The couple had resided in Lake Linden, Hubbell, White Pine while raising their two sons. For the past 20 years, the couple has made their home in Traprock Valley.

Mrs. Perreault was a member of the Catholic Faith. Donna was a caring wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are:

Her husband: Dale Perreault of Traprock Valley

Her sons: Troy Perreault of Lake Linden

Derek (Christine) Perreault of Hubbell

Her grandchildren: Shyanne, Lillian, Lucas, Levi and Lydia

Her brother: Don Tauriainen of Lake Linden

Numerous aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins

A prayer service for Donna will be held 11 am Thursday, September 17, 2020, at the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock with Fr. John Martignon to officiate. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery of Lake Linden.

Friends may call on Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 10 am until time of the Prayer Service at the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock.

All attending the visitation and or prayer service are asked to follow all COVID and Social Distancing guideline.
