Cindy Rhea Niemi, age 54 of Arnheim, MI passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 11, 1967 in Hancock, MI daughter of Brian and Jenny (Haataja) Kaster. Cindy graduated from Baraga High School in 1985. She married Raymond Niemi September 19, 1987 in Baraga. CIndy enjoyed crafting, fishing, camping, gardening, and the outdoors.
Surviving are her husband Raymond Niemi of Arnheim; children, Krystal (David) Price of Dollar Bay, Jason Niemi, Michael, twins Raymond and Marcus Niemi all of Pelkie; grandchildren, David, Jack, Jeffery Price; brothers, Jon Kaster of TN, Joseph Kaster of Elo; sisters, Tammy Haataja of Elo, Candy (Ernie Smet) Reed of Nestoria, and Taywne Kaster of L’Anse. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Family graveside services will be held at the Elo Cemetery. Jacobson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
