Bruce Gordon Frantti, 70, a resident of North Bend, Oregon passed away on Friday June 28, 2024 at OHSU Hospital in Portland, Oregon where he had been a patient for several weeks.
Bruce was born in Calumet, MI to Gordon and Ruth (Mukka) Frantti. A graduate of Calumet High School Class of 1972, Bruce served in the U.S. Navy for six years. He went on to complete his education at Michigan Tech University in 1984 with a degree in Applied Geophysics. He had a successful career in the oil and natural gas exploration industry.
Bruce was preceded in death by his brother Ross Frantti, his parents, and his daughter-in-law Houston Frantti.
He is survived by his dear friend Kate, his children Adam Frantti, Eric Frantti, and Emily (Jon) Hamilton, his grandchildren Jayce Frantti, Logan and Landon Hamilton, his siblings Sara (Michael) Halt, Donald (Arisha) Frantti, Michael Frantti, Margaret (Ed) Figueroa, and Kalle (Sue) Frantti, and many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service for Bruce will be held at a later date at the Waasa Cemetery where Bruce will be laid to rest next to his parents and brother.
We are so happy that Bruce died in faith, having his sins forgiven.
