Obituary: Annette Duston

Annette Duston, 77, a resident of Ventura, CA, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Cypress Place in Ventura, CA, where she had been a resident patient.
She was born on February 5, 1944, in Highland Park, MI, a daughter of the late Milton and Eugenia (Maliniemi) Waltonen. Annette was raised in the Detroit area where she attended school.
Ms. Duston moved to Los Angelis, CA, where she managed LA Athletic for ten years. She then moved to make her home in Ventura, CA, where she owned and operated Annette Duston Interior’s retiring two years ago.
Annette was a person with a strong Christian faith and was a member of Horizon Four Square Church in Ventura. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters.
Surviving are:
-Her son: Ryan (Jennifer) Duston of Ventura, CA
-Her 2 granddaughters
-Several cousins
As requested no service will take place at this time and burial will take place later this spring in the Mt, View Cemetery of South Range.
