Joanne Donna Beedle, age 78, of Skanee, MI passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Bayside Village in L’Anse, MI.
She was born July 14, 1939 in Detroit, MI daughter of George and Rita (Spratke) Cebelak. Joanne graduated from Cody High School in 1957. She worked for Detroit Edison Co for 33 years. Joanne married Robert Beedle on December 4, 1977 in Garden City, MI. In 2000, they moved to Skanee and wintered in Texas. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grand kids.
Surviving are her husband Robert of Skanee; daughter Tracy Caruso of Pompano Beach, FL and her children, Bradley Caruso and Brittany Caruso; son Mike (Theresa) Bates of Bartlett, IL and their children, Stephen Bates and Sarah Bates; and daughter Dorene Bates of Mexico.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 5th at 12:00 p.m. at the Jacobson Funeral Home with Deacon John Cadeau officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
