Youth Mountain Bike Outings

Today marks the beginning of the Youth Mountain Bike Outings program. It’s a no-cost introduction to the summer biking season for beginner and intermediate riders ages 10 through 17. Participants must have their own bike, helmet, water bottle and be ready to ride by 6:00 pm so please show up early. This week’s ride will be at the Swedetown Trails. Participants will learn biking skills and safety and go on group rides on area trail systems, accompanied by experienced adults. For more information, contact the Western U.P. Health Department. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver at the first session attended.
