WUPHD Receives Grant from KCF

Big news from the Western U.P. Health Department. They will be receiving a special grant from the Keweenaw Community Foundation that will support breastfeeding in their local daycare centers. A counselor from the WIC program will be visiting centers in Houghton and Keweenaw counties to provide education on how they can support breastfeeding mothers.
