A Baraga County man involved in an armed robbery last year in Watton had all but one of his charges dismissed for his guilty plea. Donovan Waupoose pleaded guilty to an added charge of delivery/manufacture of marijuana September 17. A trial was originally scheduled to start in Baraga County Circuit Court Monday. Seven counts, including armed robbery, extortion, and impersonating a peace officer were dropped. Waupoose and his co-defendant, Bernard Fish, pretended to be U.S. Marshals and allegedly robbed two Watton residents at gunpoint.
