Vote For The Calumet Theater As Best Historic Theater In Michigan

The Historic Calumet Theater is certainly one of the gems of the Copper Country, but is it the best historic theater in Michigan

MLive has compiled a list of 47 historic theaters in the state and are asking people to vote via their website for their favorite.

They will narrow the list down to the top ten next week.

The Calumet Theater was mentioned by MLive as receiving many nominations for being a great theater from the time of the copper boom and a national historic landmark since 1971.

As of this morning, the Calumet Theater was 5th in the state.

MLive says they will have a winner by the end of the month.  You can vote by following this link
