UPS Van and and RV Collide In Ontonagon County

A UPS van and an RV collided on M-28 yesterday afternoon.20150911_171441

The accident happened around 5:00 pm.

Witnesses say the UPS driver pulled out from a side street into the path of the RV, which was westbound on M-28 just west of Trout Creek.

The UPS driver was not injured.

The RV driver was trapped in the vehicle, and was pulled out through the back of the RV by passersby.20150911_171403

His seat belt and airbag appeared to have protected him.

MSP from the Wakefield Post and SONCO ambulance responded.
