UPDATE–Escanaba Man Who Skipped Out On Sentencing Turns Himself In

UPDATE — 8:00 a.m. June 24, 2015 (EDT)

Deputies from the Delta County Sheriff’s Office say that 33-year-old Brian Olsen has turned himself in.

 

— A Delta County man is in more trouble with the law after he failed to appear in court for his sentencing.

33–year–old Brian Olsen of Escanaba was supposed to be sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court as part of a guilty plea he entered to the charge of delivery or manufacture of a schedule four controlled substance back in May.

Olsen was arrested among numerous others during an UPSET investigation into the sale and distribution of the drug buprenorphine in late March.
