Michigan’s most scenic sites, including a few gems from the Upper Peninsula, are now featured on eight new motorcoaches traveling across the state. Each bus is covered with giant photos of the state’s most popular destinations. Scenes from the Upper Peninsula include the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Marquette’s Lower Harbor, and the Mackinac Bridge. Indian Trails Incorporated and the Michigan Department of Transportation combined forces for the roll out in hopes of attracting more tourists to the area. The buses will be travelling 2.4 million miles a year on five Indian Trails’ routes across Michigan and Wisconsin.
