U.P. Olympian to Speak at Finlandia

With the U.S. Olympics in Sochi all wrapped up, a U.P. native is returning home. Nick Baumgartner, originally from Iron River, will be speaking tonight at the Paavo Nurmi Gym of Finlandia University on his recent Olympic experience as well as his experience at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and the X-Games. The event begins at 7pm and is open to people of all ages. There will also be time for questions and answers, as well as autographs and pictures with Baumgartner.
