Two Charged With Throwing Drugs, Cell Phones Over U.P. Prison Fence

Two people have been charged after they were caught trying to throw heroin, marijuana and cell phones over a prison fence in Chippewa County in the U.P.

Prison officials at the Kinross Correctional Facility reportedly saw this at about 2:00A.M. on Tuesday.

Brandon Hardin and Michael Germain have been charged, but more arrests are expected.
