Hockey can be a very expensive sport.
Copper Country Junior Hockey Association Auxiliary is inviting boys and girls to Try Hockey for Free as part of Come Play Hockey Month.
The Clinic starts at 11am on Saturday, November 7 at the Houghton County Arena.
Local youth, ages 4 to 9, are encouraged to experience ice hockey for the first time and learn the basic skills in a fun, safe environment.
USA Hockey’s Try Hockey program, with the support of the National Hockey League, is designed to provide youth hockey associations a national platform to introduce new kids to the sport.
USA Hockey has close to 500 locations offering this unique opportunity to kids nationwide.
