The Portage Health Foundation will be hosting its 23rd annual Spring Gala on Saturday May 9th at the Continental Fire Company in Houghton.
This is a premier event for the Portage Health Foundation and will include an evening of delicious food, silent auctions, and incredible entertainment.
This year’s theme “With a Little Help from our Friends” will include one of the Midwest’s leading Beatles tribute bands – “A Hard Day’s Night”.
The evening will include a formal program with a wine/cheese tasting at 4:30p. Social hour beginning at 5:30p; elegant tastings from 6:30-8:30; and music/dancing to follow. This is a black tie optional event – 60’s attire is encouraged.
Cost for the event is $85/person. Tickets can be acquired by contacting the foundation offices at 906.523.5920.
Proceeds from this year’s event will be matched by the PHFoundation and equally divided for projects in each of the four counties served by the PHFoundation.
The Portage Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that receives and contributes charitable donations which support the health needs of the community through enhanced philanthropy and community collaboration throughout Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw and Ontonagon counties.
