The Hope Survey is still open, and the deadline is approaching on Saturday, April 15.
The purpose of the survey is to gain a better understanding of the community’s ideas, beliefs, experiences, and attitudes as they relate to mental health. The survey is confidential and anonymous.
The survey is supported by Keweenaw Support 4 Healthy Minds, the Western UP Health Department, and U.P. Kids.
All entries are put into a drawing for a chance to win a prize from one of the supporting organizations.
