SUV's Now Outselling Cars

It’s a big change in the auto landscape. For the first time ever, SUV’s are outselling cars.

I.H.S Automotive Analyst Tom Libby says it’s a trend that’s been growing for years, and it’s been magnified as most of the recent sales growth has been on the utility side.

So far this year, Libby says 41 percent of all vehicles sold have been utilities.
