– Legislation that expands the Neighborhood Enterprise Zone property tax exemption to encourage redevelopment in disadvantaged communities.
– County boards of commissioners that want to take over the responsibilities of elected road commissions will need to put the issue to a public vote.
– Telepharmacies can be established as long as they’re overseen by a pharmacist at a brick and mortar pharmacy in Michigan.
– Child care institutions will be required to complete a fingerprint-based criminal history check for all staff members.
