Tornados Becoming More Frequent In U.P.

Michigan weather has been less severe than in previous years, unless you’re from the U.P.

M-Live Chief Meteorologist Mark TorreGrossa says out of the five tornadoes in the state, three have been in the Upper Peninsula.

TorreGrossa also says the state’s total severe weather reports for this year are 195.

The average number of reports since 2010 is more than 400.
