Watching a lot of TV may put you at increased risk of dying from a blood clot in your lung according to new research.
The researchers say people who watch 5 or more hours a day of TV are two and a half times more likely to die of a clot than those who watch less than 2 and a half hours a day.
To reduce your risk, the researchers recommend that after an hour of sitting in front of the TV you get up, walk around and stretch.
