Service Dog In School Case Heads To Supreme Court

The Supreme Court hears arguments today in a case involving a 12-year old Michigan girl with cerebral palsy and her service dog.

Her school district said Ehlena Fry couldn’t bring the goldendoodle named Wonder to class.

The justices must decide whether her family can sue under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Stacy and Brent Fry brought the case against Napoleon Community Schools and the Jackson County Intermediate School District in 2012 under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
