Request For Grand Jury Investigation Denied

The Ingham County Circuit Court has denied a complaint for a one person grand jury to look into Governor Snyder’s use of taxpayer money to pay for legal fees connected to the Flint Water Crisis.

Former Democratic Party Chair Mark Brewer filed the complaint, stating the governor signed a contract for $2 million of taxpayer money for his own personal defense.
