Republicans Back Off Of Retiree Health Care Changes

A temporary victory for three to five hundred firefighters and police officers rallying on the Capitol steps in Lansing.

Lansing Bureau Chief Tim Skubick reports House Republicans say they will not vote in the lame duck session on the retiree health care cost package.

Skubick says the Republicans will come back in the new year and take another look at whether retirees need to give more money to keep the fund solvent.
