Rehabilitated Bald Eagle Released

An immature bald eagle was released back into the wild on Sunday.

The eagle that was found was injured in Marquette and rehabilitated by Wings of Wonder, who was caring for the eagle for over a month.

Rebecca Lessard Executive Director of Wings of Wonder says this has been one of their busiest years yet.

A tracker was placed on the eagle to help collect information about its habits.

Wings of Wonder will be posting that information on their Facebook page.
