New House Speaker Introduced

Tom Leonard is the new leader of the Michigan House.

He was chosen Thursday as Speaker to replace Kevin Cotter who is term-limited.

The 35-year old Republican from DeWitt told reporters a priority is transitioning newly hired school employees to 401(k) accounts instead of also giving them a pension in retirement.
