Michigan Releases Elder Abuse Report Form

The State of Michigan has rolled out a new form for reporting elder abuse.

The Elder Abuse Task Force headed by Attorney General Dana Nessel and Supreme Court Justice Megan Cavanagh introduced the form this week, calling it Michigan’s first standardized system to help law enforcement prosecute elder abuse crimes.

Michigan residents can continue to report any signs or concerns about elder abuse through the anonymous elder abuse hotline at 800-24-ABUSE (800-242-2873) or online. To see the new form, click here.
