After working only a handful of days over the past couple months, Michigan lawmakers are back on break until after Thanksgiving.
Lawmakers were in session last Wednesday and Thursday after the election, but now the legislature is taking time off for firearms deer hunting.
The House and Senate are due back November 29th, but the House only has nine session days left this year.
Senators will meet on 12 days.
