Michigan Employees See Slight Increase In Pay

Michigan employees will continue to see raises of around 3% in 2017, a pattern that has existed for the last several years.

A report from the American Society of Employers says that number remains consistent, despite economic growth and low unemployment.

ASE Vice President Kevin Mars says the numbers are reflected nationwide.

Mars says the majority of merit dollars granted are going to the employer’s top performers.
