ESCANABA — On Thursday at approximately 11:32 p.m., the Escanaba Public Safety was dispatched to a garage fire at 1209 Ludinton Street.
Upon arrival, officers found that the fire involved a passenger vehicle and a storage shed. The vehicle and storage shed were located close to other vehicles and structures.
The Escanaba Public Safety reports that officers were able to bring the fire under control quickly. The fire damage did not expand beyond the original vehicle and storage shed.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation. No injuries were reported.
