A hearing is planned for 8:30 Tuesday morning in Flint District Court for two former Emergency Managers in Flint.
Darnell Earley and Gerald Ambrose were charged last month with false pretenses, conspiracy to commit false pretenses, misconduct in office and willful neglect of duty in connection with the Flint water crisis.
The false pretenses charges are the most serious, potential 20-year felonies, and mark the first time Attorney General Bill Schuette’s special prosecutors have used them as a tool in their Flint water investigation.
