Another lawsuit hoping to overturn Michigan’s election result has been tossed out of court.
Six Michigan Republicans had asked Federal Judge Linda Parker to, among other things, order Governor Gretchen Whitmer to certify that Donald Trump won the November election.
Former Vice-President Joe Biden won Michigan’s election by more than 150,000 votes.
The suit was filed by attorney Sidney Powell, whose outlandish conspiracy theories led to her dismissal from the Trump Legal Team.
Calling the allegations an “amalgamation of theories, conjecture, and speculation,” Judge Parker also noted that the deadline for challenging election results has long since passed… quote… “This case represents well the phrase: ‘this ship has sailed.'”
