Donald Trump’s election victory becomes official today when Electoral College votes, including 16 in Michigan, are cast.
The Michigan electors will meet at 2 o’clock this afternoon at the state Capitol in Lansing.
Governor Snyder will preside over the vote.
Some of the 16 people who will vote say they have been harassed and even threatened in an attempt to get them to vote for someone other than Trump.
Trump is the first Republican to win a presidential race in Michigan since 1988.
