Michigan is now included in a nationwide recall of hard-boiled eggs and products made from them.
Almark Foods has shut down production at its facility in Gainesville, Georgia, because of possible listeria contamination.
The recall affects products carrying Walmart’s Great Value house brand name, along with the Almark and Eggland’s Best labels, and many others.
It is limited to hard-boiled eggs and some packaged egg salad sandwiches. It does not include raw eggs.
