Drop In Homeless Numbers Show Where Efforts Need To Focus

Some good news from a new report that indicates the state of Michigan has seen a 6 percent drop in homelessness and 15 percent decrease in veteran homelessness.

Chief Housing Solutions Officer Kelly Rose says there are a number of targeted areas that have helped to improve these numbers.

Rose says since almost 70,000 people experienced homelessness in Michigan last year, there are many areas that need special focus.
