Deer Hunters Say Wolves Have Made Things Tougher

It’s an annual rite for hundreds of thousands of people across Michigan–firearms deer hunting season, which starts Tuesday morning.

Dave Purdy has been deer hunting for 50 years, but he says a recent influx of wolves makes bagging a buck tougher at his lucky spot in Ontonagon

 

Purdy followed in the footsteps of his older brother–who’s been hunting for more than 60 years.
