Dairy Producers Settle Class Action Lawsuit

Have you bought milk in Michigan in the past 14 years?

Well, you may be owed a refund.

Dairy producers settled a class action lawsuit for $52 million.

That suit accused them of prematurely slaughtering about half a million cows to raise the cost of milk by lowering the supply.

They denied the allegations, but settled the suit.

Michigan is one of 15 states involved in the suit.

If you bought milk since 2003, you can file for a refund.
