Civil Rights Complaints Increase Following Election

The State Civil Rights’ telephone line has been ringing off the hook with complaints since last week, but Director Augustin Arbulu says he’s not sure yet if there’s a connection to the election of Donald Trump.

He says they will investigate and recommend charges if violations are found from either side of the issue.
