The Car of the Year finalists are the Chevy Bolt, Genesis G-90 and Volvo S-90. The Truck of the Year finalists are Ford F-series Super Duty, Honda Ridgeline and Nissan Titan.
General Motors, Ford and Toyota are expected to show off new cars and trucks that you could be driving in the future.
The North American International Auto Show at Cobo Center in downtown Detroit opens to the public this Saturday, January 14th.
