Michigan Governor Rick Snyder will not resign.
Despite a call for his resignation from Michigan House Minority Leader Tim Greimel Wednesday, the governor says he’s fully committed to remaining in office and fixing the problems with the water in Flint.
Greimel wants Snyder to resign over “actions and inactions” related to the water crisis and accused the governor’s office of “negligence and indifference.” Snyder has resisted calls to resign over the crisis in Flint.
Greimel is the first top elected official to call for Snyder’s resignation.
