"Smiling" Dog Can Stay For Now

You may have seen the video of the smiling dog from Michigan…and how local officials have said the dog’s breed is not allowed in their town.

Internet sensation “Diggy” the dog will be able to stay in his Waterford Township home, at least for the time being.
