Sibelius Festival Plans Announced

This year’s Sibelius Academy Music Festival will feature a classical pianist and a female a capella vocal group. Pianist Kristina Annamukhamedova will perform works by Beethoven, Schumann, Chopin and Sibelius. The group Ensemble Norma will feature folk, pop and jazz. The Festival will open with a concert in the Chicago area on September 21st. Several events are planned locally on September 23rd and 24th. The Grand Finale Concert will be held September 26th at the Calumet Theatre. The festival is hosted each year by Finlandia University. Learn more about the festival here.
