Portage Auxiliary Offers Scholarships
HANCOCK — March 17, 2015
The Portage Health Auxiliary is offering $1,000 scholarships to students pursuing careers in healthcare.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must complete one year of higher education before the fall of 2015, be a registered resident of Houghton, Keweenaw, Baraga or Ontonagon County and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Students must include a brief letter outlining career intent, volunteer work and financial need, along with a transcript of grades. All information should be mailed to Portage Health Auxiliary c/o Human Resources at 500 Campus Drive, Hancock, MI 49930. Applications must be postmarked by April 1st.
